Trax Transport provides its customers with an in-house staff of dedicated personnel, trained to perform to the specific job requirements just as your own employees would.
Risk Management
All personnel will be employees of Trax Transport, with payroll, payroll taxes, workers' compensation insurance, vehicle liability, and maintenance covered in our program.
Backup Staffing
Our management trains additional individuals on each account — at no additional cost to the client — who can be dispatched to cover sick days, vacations, breakdowns, and absenteeism as they arise.
Flex Staffing
With our program, you only pay for hours worked. No PTO or vacation cost. When necessary, you can run a reduced crew to maximize cost-effectiveness — such as reducing staff days before and after holidays at no cost.
